Dear Parents / Caregivers

Registrations will be open until Friday 10th May
Cick HERE to follow the Registration process.
This is a fantastic afternoon with students playing other schools from all over Hawke’s Bay. You do not have to play rugby but there is tackling. Come and support your child representing St. Mary’s School. This is only a couple of hours for one afternoon.
A coach is required with the boys and girls on the day or teams will be pulled out. A coach could be an tuakana (older sibling), matua keke (uncle) /whaea keke (aunt), tupuna (grandfather)/ kuia (grandmother).
If we do not get coaches I will sadly have to pull teams out.
All students are required to have a mouthguard at school for practices and the game on (This needs to be at school in a labelled bag handed into Mrs Hutchins, Room 10 by Monday 15th May)
The event is free.
Students need to wear School P.E uniform, no boots, school jerseys, warm clothes and plenty of food and WATER only.
If your child is an asthmatic they will need to take their inhaler.
Teams: Teams are based on Weight. Weights go from 25 kgs, 30 kgs, 33kgs, 36kgs, 40 kgs, 43 kgs, 46 kgs, 50kgs, 60 kgs and under and above 60 kgs. If there is not enough in one-weight area students may have to play in the next weight. Students will be weighed at school and put into teams.
We will be entered under a large Full Primary so playing schools alike.
When: Thursday 23rd of May
Where: Akina Park/HBHS
